Public records show Schumer voted against the One Big Beautiful Bill Act in 2025, calling it 'a moral monstrosity,' but two months earlier he provided a decisive vote for cloture on a GOP continuing resolution, breaking a publicly stated caucus position. His authorized committee, Friends of Schumer, has filed continuous quarterly reports since 2023.
