A per-official accountability readout synthesising four documented dimensions: silence on donor-funded topics, vote-vs-platform contradictions, broken promises, and documented contradictions. The headline figure is the platform's capture-risk index — the same transparent 7-component score used across the Congress monitor, shown here with its full breakdown. Every count on an official's card links to the underlying record. Officials without enough documented record to score show insufficient evidence rather than a fabricated number.
Built from: Silences · Voting Records · Documented Lies · Contradictions · Position Drift.
The headline 0–100 figure is the platform's capture-risk index — a weighted composite of seven components: connection density (20%), silence risk (25%), contradiction risk (25%), donor influence (10%), fact density (10%), constituency-baseline deviation (5%), and voting misalignment (5%). It is computed identically here and on the Congress monitor; there is one capture number on the platform, not two. Open any official to see their personal component breakdown.
Evidence-sufficiency gate: an official is scored only if they have ≥2 documented facts, ≥1 contradiction analysis, ≥1 recorded vote, or ≥1 constituency baseline. Below that, the card shows "—" and "insufficient evidence" — edge counts (silences, donors, raw connections) alone never manufacture a score.
A high index is not a finding of corruption. It is a measure of how much documented conduct, donor exposure, and stated-vs-revealed tension is on the public record for that official. Silence is the absence of an expected public statement — never proof of intent. Read the itemized evidence and its sources before drawing conclusions.
