An advocacy organization led by Lorella Praeli. Public records show it received approximately $2.6 million from the Open Society Foundations between 2016 and 2020. A 2009 SEC filing exists under this name, but no IRS Form 990, lobbying disclosures, or federal contracts were found in standard databases as of May 2026, possibly due to name collision.
