CREATURE — ELECTED OFFICIAL
Lone Dissent⊙ 1When a bill card is played, you may vote nay alone. If you do, target opponent discards a card, and you gain 1 Chaos token.
Infrastructure Hypocrisy⊙ 2Once per turn, if an infrastructure or clean-energy card is played, you may claim credit and draw 1 card, but your defense drops by 1.
No Stock Portfolio⊙ 1This goblin cannot be affected by market manipulation cards. If an opponent plays a trade card, you may ignore its effects.
Public records show Higgins voted as the sole House member against releasing Jeffrey Epstein investigative files in 2025, arguing the bill would 'injure thousands of innocent people.' He voted yes on the Laken Riley Act and the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which included permanent tax cuts and clean energy credit repeal. His financial disclosures list no assets and a single mortgage, with zero stock trades on record.
