CREATURE — SOROS NETWORK
Channeled Grant⊙ 3Search your library for a card named 'Governing for Impact Action Fund' and put it onto the battlefield. Then shuffle.
Policy Center Coordination⊙ 2Target opponent reveals their hand. You may choose a nonland card from it. That player discards that card if it shares a name with a card in your graveyard.
Limited Public Footprint⊙ 4Until your next turn, spells and abilities that search libraries or graveyards can't find cards named 'Form 990' or 'SEC Filing'.
Public records indicate the Foundation to Promote Open Society funneled nearly $10 million to Governing for Impact since 2019, with Open Society Policy Center sending $7.45 million to GFI's action fund. No IRS Form 990 filings were found in public databases as of May 2026, though this may reflect search coverage limits.
