CREATURE — EDGAR
Weekly Index Rebuild⊙ 1Once per turn, shuffle a discarded filing back into the deck, but opponent may look at the top card of your library.
Delayed Removal⊙ 2Exile target filing. It does not leave play until the next day's index rebuild, and previous day's indexes remain unchanged.
Search Scope Limitation⊙ 3Target opponent cannot search their library or graveyard for cards named 'Transparency' or 'Accountability' this turn.
A mechanism within the EDGAR system that incorporates post-acceptance corrections into weekly index rebuilds. Public records indicate removals processed on subsequent days are not reflected in previous daily indexes.
